  • Successfully project managing a boutique hotel project in Baska Voda, Croatia, worth EUR 15 million, creating a welcome addition to the area’s hotel offerings, together with a spa and employing over 40 people.
  • Led the transformation of hotel in Dalyan, Turkey, turning it into the most-visited boutique hotel in the area with its own spa and associated luxury yoga retreat facilities
  • Successfully delivered an eco-residential real estate project in Cyprus, featuring 45 sustainable villas, organic gardens, and a marine conservation center. The €80 million development created partnerships with local fishing communities and established educational programs about Mediterranean marine ecosystems.
  • Managed the development of an alpine boutique hotel in Slovenia’s Julian Alps, converting a former mountain refuge into a 30-room sustainable luxury retreat. The €40 million project features geothermal heating, a wellness center incorporating local healing traditions, and partnerships with regional cheese makers and herbalists. The development has created year-round employment for the mountain community and established an Alpine guiding academy training local youth in sustainable mountain tourism.
